Designed literally from the grounds up, Hiku is a precision engineered hand coffee grinder for the discerning coffee enthusiast, conceived to be the new premium benchmark in purpose-built coffee hardware. It features an industry-first seven fluted conical burrset that is the largest in its class at a diameter of 55 millimeters, an infinitely adjustable stepless adjustment ring, and a patent pending shaft stabilization system.
Hiku was successfully funded on Kickstarter in January 2018 for over $70,000 CAD by Kanso Coffee in collaboration with Altimus.
